First off I would like to introduce myself. My name is Cassandra Brausen and I am the c​reatrix of Earthly Essence. The story of how Earthly Essence began is really with my personal story. I went through some traumatic experiences where I literally lost pieces of my soul. My light no longer shined, and I was ready to give up completely. One day, I got a message from spirit, “This is not your true path.” I realized in that moment that there has to be more to life than this and I had the power to choose. From there, I began to focus on my well-being as a whole. Bringing my mind, body, and spiritual health to the forefront in my life.

On this journey I learned many holistic techniques & tools to help me better myself. I went inward and really started the hard work of healing from the inside out. It took a few years and much trial and error but I finally overcame the state of darkness I was in. 

Healing is not a destination, as I continue healing each and everyday. However, through the practices I have learned, I am able to live more wholly and in alignment with my soul's purpose.

I found that purpose to be to share with others the Earthly Essence Experience. That is, to provide them with tools to help them in their own journey, and to align themselves with their purpose. It is not just a service, it is a way of life. One that I am honored to share with you.
